Refund policy
We take pride in providing high quality materials and designs to our customers. We stand with our customers to ensure they have the best experience possible when shopping with us. If you find the product to be faulty within 5 days of delivery, a full or partial refund will be considered.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. If approved for a refund, any shop orders that received free shipping will receive a refund less the shipping fees. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping.

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy below. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is Final Sale as stated above.

You’ll have the option to return eligible items for a refund by purchasing Seel Return Assurance at checkout when available. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them.
All purchases are subject to the standard return period of 30 days, and returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and submit your return at https://app.seel.com/return/portal.
We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders.
Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
Seel Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States (excluding US Territories). Please note, the cost of Seel Return Assurance is nonrefundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on standard or personalized orders that are not defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
