All orders ship from our warehouse in Pittsburgh, PA generally within 5 business days. Usually our fulfillment is faster, we are often able to ship your order the same day it is placed! Personalized orders can take up to 7 business days for fulfillment due to the fact that we personalize in house. .
All media mail shipping rates include an additional 2 dollars to include insurance of up to 100 dollars!
Domestic shipments are shipped via USPS and generally take approximately 2-7 business days to receive once shipped.
USPS does not promise exact delivery times for any packages outside of priority mail express. Both Media mail and Priority mail are estimated. If your package is delayed we are not responsible for shipping cost refunds and a claim must be filed directly with USPS.
International shipments are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on selections at checkout. International shipping time frames vary based on courier.
